You Own Your Data: ClassNexus acts only as a Data Processor. The Academy/School Owner is the Data Controller. We do not claim ownership of any student, staff, or financial data you enter into the system. You have full control to add, modify, or delete your data at any time.

We DO NOT sell your data. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal or institutional data to third parties. We may only share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party services (like Hostinger, Stripe, or SMS gateways) strictly for the purpose of operating our platform.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental request to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Security

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain your data for a limited grace period to allow for reactivation. You may request the permanent deletion of your academy’s entire database by contacting our support team.
